Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Manager to join our manufacturing team in Whitehall, Michigan. As an IT Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and implementing Cisco and Cloud technologies, maintaining our CRM systems, and overseeing Dell Technologies and ERP systems. Responsibilities: • Lead the deployment and management of Cisco Technologies across the organization • Oversee the use and development of Cloud Technologies, ensuring they align with business needs • Regularly audit IT systems and practices to maintain high levels of security and efficiency • Manage the resolution of IT-related issues, providing technical support where necessary • Maintain and optimize our CRM systems to improve customer engagement and efficiency • Implement and manage Dell Technologies within the organization • Oversee the use and development of ERP systems, ensuring they meet business needs • Guide the team in the implementation of Backup Technologies and Configuration Management • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, managing a team and overseeing projects to successful completion. Requirements • Possession of in-depth knowledge of Cisco Technologies • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, including software and service applications • Strong understanding and experience in Auditing procedures and standards • Expertise in Backup Technologies for system security and data protection • Familiarity with Configuration Management tools and practices • Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems • Demonstrated Leadership Skills with a proven track record of managing IT teams • Relevant experience in the Manufacturing industry is required • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is mandatory • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle IT related issues • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with other departments and stakeholders.
