IT Manager
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager in the legal industry. The role is based in Beverly Hills, California, and involves overseeing our IT operations, managing law firm applications, and enhancing the overall technological framework of the organization. Responsibilities: • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 and all related applications • Efficiently troubleshoot issues related to iManage, Outlook, and other legal applications • Setup and configure applications necessary for staff members • Manage Aderant Cloud-hosted CRM or similar platforms, ensuring optimal functionality • Oversee the management of direct circuits between offices in different locations • Implement and maintain robust security protocols for network connections, including SharePoint and OneDrive • Establish a new FTP site, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange • Take initiative in problem-solving, even when all answers are not readily available • Prioritize tasks effectively and implement strategies to mitigate risks to the firm, particularly in relation to data protection • Collaborate with senior roles and a fractional CIO for handling escalations • Develop and manage documentation for daily tasks, procedures, and responses to issues such as phishing attacks • Oversee the internal Intranet, ensuring it effectively houses all policies and protocols. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT managerial role within the legal industry. • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Expertise in Dell Technologies is essential. • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must. • Ability to manage and operate Active Directory. • Experience in Auditing within an IT environment. • Proficiency in Backup Technologies is required. • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware. • Experience in Configuration Management is essential.
