Description
Responsibilities (maximum 8 key tasks and responsibilities of this position):
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and advisory services to business, IT and Project teams to ensure that solutions are in line with the IT direction and business strategies. Also, technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, designers, and developers.
• Work collaboratively across the company (communicate and influence with non-technical audiences) to drive adoption of technical standards, design principles and IT patterns in information management functional areas.
• Leads audits including IT Security, penetration testing, CAP, etc.
• Provide and develop assessments of current state IT structure and recommendations of future IT structure, server, network, particularly from information and information management perspectives.
• Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewalls.
• Create and maintain a strategic plan for the company’s IT infrastructure and investment (include cybersecurity threats and defense posture and HIPPA compliance).
• Establish key performance indicators for IT performance (e.g. satisfaction ratings, average time to resolve issues)
• Meet quarterly with senior management to review strategic plan, progress against it, summary of key issue and metrics performance during the quarter.
• Specific projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies is required.
• Experience with CRM is necessary.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is crucial.
• Applicant should have experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Proficiency in Active Directory is essential.
• Auditing skills are required.
• Expertise in Backup Technologies is necessary.
• Familiarity with Computer Hardware is essential.
• Experience in Configuration Management is crucial.
• Applicant should have knowledge of Enterprise servers.
