IT Manager
Description We are in search of an IT Manager to join our team in the non-profit sector in Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our Information Technology Business Operations, focusing on areas such as Telecom Expense Management Systems (TEMS) coordination, departmental expense allocation, vendor engagement, and financial processes oversight. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage telecom expenses through our Telecom Expense Management Systems (TEMS), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. • Scrutinize telecom expenses to pinpoint areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to optimize spending. • Act as the central contact for departments with billing and financial inquiries, fostering effective relationships. • Oversee the allocation of IT expenses across various departments, ensuring accurate and timely processing. • Manage relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact. • Oversee the procurement process for tech-related products and services, including order placement and delivery tracking. • Process and reconcile tech service and IT equipment invoices, maintaining accurate records for audit and budgeting purposes. • Provide broad administrative support to the IT department. • Manage general office purchases and travel arrangements. • Oversee office supply inventory, placing orders for new items as necessary. Requirements • Comprehensive understanding and experience with Cisco Technologies. • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and their application in a non-profit setting. • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize CRM systems. • Strong knowledge of Database management and operations. • Experience with EO/IR systems and their integration in IT infrastructure. • Ability to manage Active Directory services. • Proven experience in Auditing IT systems and processes. • Expertise in Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and recovery. • Solid understanding of Computer Hardware and its troubleshooting. • Familiarity with Configuration Management, and ability to oversee its implementation.
