IT Manager
Description Summary: Seeking for IT Manager in Rancho Cucamonga. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s internal IT operations, ensuring seamless integration and performance of hardware, software, and cloud services. The role involves managing budgets, maintaining systems, implementing cybersecurity protocols, and leading a team to support business operations. Additionally, this position handles employee IT onboarding and offboarding, vendor relations, and ensures the organization’s IT infrastructure aligns with business goals and security standards. Responsibilities: + Oversee all company IT operations, including hardware and software management. + Develop and manage the annual IT budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities. + Manage hardware and software maintenance agreements, ensuring timely upgrades and optimizations. + Provide on-premises and remote troubleshooting support for IT issues (e.g., servers, laptops, custom software). + Manage software integrations and cloud services (e.g., Azure AD, AWS, backups). + Develop and maintain an asset management program to track and secure company hardware. + Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware setup, software access, and training. + Establish and implement cybersecurity protocols, conducting regular security audits. + Manage employee remote connectivity, including VPNs. + Administer IT policies and procedures related to hardware/software, security, and backup. + Cultivate vendor relationships to support company operations. + Lead and develop IT team members to meet productivity and quality goals. + Conduct performance reviews, ensuring alignment with company expectations. + Define and communicate policies to improve resource utilization, customer service, and profitability. + Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements Requirements: + 10+ years IT experience and 4+ years in managerial or supervisory role (leading small team of 4 to 5 people) + Experience across multiple platforms: M365, VMware, AWS, Azure, SQL + Data Protection / Cyber Security + Establish policies and procedures as well as acceptable practices (Cybersecurity, Phishing / Employee Training, CMMC Certification, Enforcement of policies) + Strategic Planning + Budgets: Monitor expenditures - Negotiate, prepare, review, and enforce contracts and service level agreements - Operate within budget allocation + Clear communication skills + Forward-thinking mindset, self-sufficiency, confidence, and ease in adapting to changes (e.g., CRM updates). + Hours of operation are 8 AM to 5 PM, but we need someone who is flexible with their schedule when needed.
