Job Description: IT Manager We are seeking a dedicated IT Manager to lead and support a team of IT Field Technicians while serving as the primary point of contact for clients within an assigned region. This role involves collaborating with clients to prioritize requests, manage projects, and complete tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Technical Execution: + Coach IT Field Technicians to enhance their skills and provide daily support. + Oversee technology-related projects, including system upgrades, rewiring, and equipment setups. + Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex technical issues related to user devices, data, and applications. + Communicate updates and maintain documentation for account services and network infrastructure. + Collaborate with teams to implement standardized solutions and complete annual audits. + Monitor and follow up on outstanding support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. Client Focus: + Work closely with clients to align technology solutions with organizational goals. + Develop action plans, set timelines, and maintain ongoing communication to meet client expectations. + Act as the primary point of contact for technology orders and project updates. + Manage client inventory and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Schedule regular operations meetings and gather feedback on technician performance. Team Leadership: + Lead and mentor IT Field Technicians, delegating tasks and managing schedules. + Conduct regular team meetings, quarterly reviews, and annual performance evaluations. + Ensure accuracy in timekeeping and data entry. + Foster a professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture. Required Qualifications: + Proven IT experience with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. + Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with clients and team members. + High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload. + Growth mindset, with a passion for learning and motivating a team. Preferred Qualifications: + Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Relevant industry certifications. + Experience managing or mentoring employees. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: + Professional office using standard office equipment. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, climbing, or crawling as needed. + Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. Position Type & Benefits: + Full-time role with a flexible 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
