Responsibilities

Join our Digital Workplace Solution Automation team as a Manager, where you will lead a dynamic team of software engineers dedicated to accelerating and streamlining business processes. In this critical role, you will spearhead the development of valuable solutions that empower various functions across our organization, including:

 

Productivity Tools (Office 365, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence)Mobile Rental Tablet (App Launcher, Self-Support PIN Reset)Mobility Device Management (Device Self-Support Tools, Internal Engineering Tools, etc.)Communications and Collaboration (Exchange, Microsoft Teams, etc.)Desktop (Physical & Virtual)Branch Setup, Operation, and Maintenance (Branch device management, DHCP Management Tools, etc.)HR (Automated DLs, Employee Directory, etc.)

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers.Drive the creation of innovative automation solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new capabilities.Ensure alignment with EM and industry standards and best practices.Manage a technical portfolio that utilizes a wide variety of technical stacks, including sustainable programming languages such as Python (UNIX and AWS environments) and PowerShell (Windows, Azure environments).

Qualifications

Required:

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii) Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities6+ years of related experienceExperience in managing or informally leading software engineering teams.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Knowledge and experience with one of the following: Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferredPowerShell, C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript, HTML, Angular, JS, NodeJS, AWS, CSS, Bootstrap, Python, SQL, and Oracle.Experience with PowerQuery, Power Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Power BI.Basic knowledge of Blazor and React.
