We are seeking an IT Manager / Site Director to upgrade and support the IT infrastructure of our manufacturing facilities in Nonsan, South Korea. Manage the IT Operations team, including Service Desk Technicians and Systems Administrators and Enterprise and Factory systems. You will oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information. Responsible for New Hire Process, Account Maintenance on Enterprise Systems, SAAS/Cloud Environments, Software and Hardware Vendor Management, Backups, Systems Updates, following COBIT and Cybersecurity Standards.Responsibilities:Oversee the entire IT department, including Infrastructure and Enterprise ApplicationsBudget and vendor management Business process developmentData BackupsSoftware Upgrades Security UpdatesEscalation Handling in 24x7 manufacturing environmentNew Hire Process and off boarding Software and Hardware provisioningManage stakeholder prioritiesManage costs and department budget Vendor ManagementMaintain and develop required DocumentationAll technical aspects of the design and implementation of Computer and Networking, Database Infrastructure Qualifications:Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager or Director in a demanding environment Knowledge of Servers, Network and SAAS environments ERP and MES factory application experience (K-Systems experience a plus, but not required)Leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projectsOutstanding communication skills Strong Technical problem solving skillsLanguage Proficiency in both Korean and English
