IT Operation Analyst
Overview IT Operation Analyst Remote Shift: Tuesday-Saturday The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an IT Operation Analyst. The Information Technology Operation Analyst is responsible for providing excellent technical support, expedient triage and escalation of system and network issues ensuring minimal employee and customer impact. Essential Responsibilities Provide Production Support for CCFI batch processes while monitoring network and systems ensuring efficiencies. Evaluate and follow documented instructions of issues encountered in production. Able to rewrite the knowledge base articles based on the error messages received. Will provide user support, document software issues encountered in production, analyze the root cause, debug the issue and provide the solution. Work with IT management, QA analysts, business systems analysts, and software developers to resolve batch related issues. Utilizing SQL to investigate issues related to batch errors. Analyze results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes. Monitor system events, alerts, and incident reports. Document all incidents and problems from open to close. Interface with IT team members, vendors, and management to resolve issues. Conduct hardware and software problem analysis, identification, and resolution. Execute problem documentation, escalation and notification procedures. Actively work on increasing skillset. Available to work a flexible schedule with abnormal hours as required. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in computer science, business or equivalent required.
