PC Support Engineer position to carry out the day-to-day IT operations and support operations for the end users. This position involves managing the end user calls, Desk side support, Basic Server / Network administration, Coordination with TEIS, Vendor Management, Local procurement, etc.
What your background should look like:Primary Responsibilities:
PC support, Windows server management, OS installations, Patch management, Data backups, and Managing network/server uptime.
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
Good experience with Windows Operating systems – Windows 10 / 11
Installation Configuration Administration SW/Application Maintenance (patching, upgrading, …) Troubleshooting ServiceNow (SNOW)
Experience with one or more of the following technologies
IP Phone setup PC backup Microsoft Active directory
Educational Required/Desired:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required 5+ years of work experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English. An energetic, self-motivated individual, who is capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, Work with minimal supervision and report the results/issues accurately to peers and manager.
