TD Information Security covers the development and management of security strategies, policies, and programs to assess, prioritize, and mitigate business risk with technology controls.

 

Priorities include mitigating and managing cyber security threats, ensuring systems availability, aligning with global regulatory risk and compliance requirements, managing systems and network complexity, and partnering with businesses for better technology delivery by providing advice on technology controls.

Job Description:

We are looking for someone with diverse skills and some background in this space to carry out a broad range IAM Security Applications support assignments. You'll work under minimal supervision on environment management, maintenance, monitoring, performance, and incident management, as well as production support activities. There's meaningful work at every turn! As an IT Senior Operations analyst your general responsibilities will include building and deploying new security solutions as well as maintaining and supporting existing tools. Specifically, the day-to-day job responsibilities will be focused on the support of the IAM Security tools and infrastructure. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Manages and maintains the IAM Security Infrastructure/tools and provide 24/7 2nd level operations support for Production EnvironmentPerform controlled incident resolution including prioritization and escalation, involving business/TRMIS and technology partners as appropriateContinuously strive to improve the stability of production environment by partnering closely with key stakeholders on setting up, maintaining, and monitoring applications/systems, ensuring availability targets are metIdentifies root causes and implements targeted and controlled remediation plans.Works with vendors and other ITS/ENG counterparts to perform root cause analysis on repeated incidents to find permanent fixImprove performance and resource utilization by assessing and analyzing/health check opportunities to optimize the operational environmentResponsible build/upgrade/deploy Production IAM security infrastructure, tools and application as neededEngaged from NTI to PROD build/deployment of new Security Infrastructure/toolsComply with both disaster and business recovery plans (and help define, review and test these plans annually)Monitor system life cycles ensure specifications and functionality support business objectives, TRMIS requirements and architecture decisions.Designing and writing scripts to automate repetitive functions where possiblePerforming version upgrade planning and deployment to meet currency requirementsResponsible to closing many CSIRT and remediate vulnerabilities when raised in timely mannerWorks with Auditors to fulfill the various audit gaps and requirementsContribute to the ongoing development of the team by sharing information, knowledge, expertise, and lessons learned on a regular basisFollow established processes/standards, business technology architecture, risk and production capacity guidelines; plan, monitor and escalate issues as required.
