*Description* *Summary:* The IT Operations Coordinator will be a highly skilled and motivated team member. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of all operational infrastructure projects, including the migration of legacy systems, upgrades to operating systems and applications, and other related tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of technical projects and will be an integral part of the technical operations team. *Responsibilities:* * Manage and oversee all infrastructure initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. * Coordinate the migration of legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. * Plan and execute upgrades to operating systems and applications ensuring compatibility and stability. * Collaborate with various departments to share workplans and timelines, understand potential impacts, and or gain partnership as needed for upgrades. * Create/Update technical documentation impacted by work efforts. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * Communicate status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. * Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date as defined by the IT Project Management Office. * Provide technical support and guidance to the technical operations team. * Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive. * Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and compliance requirements centered around infrastructure patching. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. * Maintain and Model Nuvance Health Values. * Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance. * Performs other duties as required. *Education and Experience Requirements:* · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience. · 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in Infrastructure operational role overseeing infrastructure patching, migrations and upgrades. *Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:* * Proven experience in coordinating in infrastructure projects. * Strong understanding of legacy systems, operating systems, and application upgrades. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
