IT Operations Ctr Coordinator

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The IT Operations Center Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the services provided to the HFHS customer by the Corporate IT organization. Responsibilities will range from performing first response actions to system failures/incidents to proactively investigating and avoiding issues across a variety of computing environments including Network, Network Security, Storage, Computing, and Wireless infrastructure. In addition, environmental conditions such as power and cooling will be monitored to ensure the IT equipment operates safely. This position will also monitor Application Models to ensure expected performance and reliability are maintained. Individuals in this role must demonstrate analytical thinking, be highly skilled communicators, self-motivated and process-oriented. The Technician must be able to think clearly and logically in stressful situations. Individuals in this role are both quality- and detail-oriented. This position may include off shift hours, weekends, and holidays.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
+ Five plus (5+) years of IT experience required.
+ Fundamental understanding of IT concepts and configurations. Broad understanding of Networks, OS, Storage, Security, Wireless, Application and Infrastructure performance monitors, power/cooling/cabling.
+ Understand Systems design, connectivity, and relationships.
+ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
+ Associates Degree (IT related field), preferred.
+ Service Now IT Service Management Suite and ITIL certifications, preferred.
+ Technology dashboards such as SCOM, SolarWinds Orion, Dynatrace, Cisco Prime/DNA, NetScout nGeniusOne, preferred.
+ UNIX and Windows commands and Utilities, preferred.
+ Power Shell and Script writing, preferred.
+ LRS Enterprise/ Printer Logic Output Server experience, preferred.
+ ITIL certifications, preferred. WCC (AutoSys) Software, preferred.
