By joining our team, you are helping to provide an experience to our stakeholders that delivers on our promises. **Kemper interns will be exposed to the following concepts and experiences:** + Understand how the IT Operations team’s program management office functions and provides value to Kemper + Assist with revising program management standards and support project implementation including building PowerPoints and coordinating communication with subject matter experts + Provide support with data reporting and exhibiting data in a variety of formats + Participate in team meetings to understand the daily function of the team including key initiatives and progress on projects **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):** + Junior or Senior status enrolled at Northwestern University or University of Chicago + Qualifying majors in an academic area related to financial services or insurance industry, such as, finance, data analytics, communications, information systems, accounting, or business administration + Non-business majors are welcome if strong interest in financial services and/or insurance industry + A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale + This position may require work in the office 3-4 days a week + This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship The hourly rate for this opportunity is $22.00. _Kemper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
