Purpose & Scope Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This position will be responsible for maintaining the network and computer systems for Dalhart including both hardware and software. Principal Responsibilities Functions may include but are not limited to: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware Respond to queries either in person or over the phoneMaintain daily performance of computer systemsInstall, modify, and repair computer hardware and softwareInstall computer peripherals for usersCoordinate maintenance of security cameras and systemsFollow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolvedCompletes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centerWork closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network
Travel: Frequent travel 30-mile radius. Periodic travel out of area.
