**Description** **Purpose & Scope** Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This position will be responsible for maintaining the network and computer systems for Dalhart including both hardware and software. **Principal Responsibilities** Functions may include but are not limited to: + Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware + Respond to queries either in person or over the phone + Maintain daily performance of computer systems + Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software + Install computer peripherals for users + Coordinate maintenance of security cameras and systems + Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved + Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center + Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network **Travel:** Frequent travel 30-mile radius.
