IT Operations Support Technician

Adecco is assisting a local client in Bartlett, TN in their search for a temporary IT Operations Support Technician. This will be a fully onsite position for a contract of three months. If you meet the qualifications below, apply now!
**Responsibilities:**
**Provide Technical Support:**
+ Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
+ Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
+ Assist users with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
**Incident Management** :
+ Log all helpdesk interactions in the ticketing system.
+ Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
+ Escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.
**System Maintenance** :
+ Perform regular updates and maintenance on computer systems.
+ Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
+ Conduct backups and data recovery operations.
**Network Support** :
+ Assist with network connectivity issues.
+ Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve network problems.
**Security** :
+ Implement and maintain security measures and protocols.
+ Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
**Qualifications:**
+ Associate's or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are preferred.
+ Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or other customer support role.
+ Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
