IT Partnership Executive
**Job Description** _This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month._ **Job Summary:** The Technology Partnership Executive at Raymond James is a strategic role focused on fostering and managing relationships with IT Senior Executives across various domains, including Industry, Community, Academia, and Government. This role is pivotal in driving collaborative initiatives, enhancing technological innovation, and ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with organizational goals. **Responsibilities:** + Build outward-facing partnerships for IT Senior Executives across the technology industry, community, academia, and government spaces + Identify relevant partnerships and execute on forming partnerships and maintaining relationships + Identify and participate in volunteer events, speaking engagements, and conferences + Plan and lead the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities and specify, negotiate, and agree on project deliverables. + Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values; motivate people to commit to these and to do extraordinary things to achieve local business goals. + Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice. + Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating these matters where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these concerns. + Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level. + Drive a culture of innovation by creating multistakeholder solutions that boost creativity, innovation, and collaboration across business units, such as idea generation platforms, jam sessions, and hackathons. + Deliver baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits. **Skills:** + Strong experience in IT partnership management or a related role. + Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior executives. + Strong understanding of the IT landscape across Industry, Community Service, Academia, and Government sectors. + Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions. + A professional or customer service and marketing background is highly preferred + Works at an advanced level to plan and manage small project work assignments within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
