As the IT Systems Engineer Manager you will lead our Infrastructure team in designing, implementing, and maintaining, secure, scalable, resilient solutions that align with our business needs and growth objectives. What you’ll be doing:

\n\nTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers/architects fostering a collaborative high performance team environment.\nRoadmap and Budgeting: Oversee and develop the team’s strategic roadmap aligning the roadmap with IT infrastructure projects, company initiatives, and budgets. \nCommunication: Collaborate with other IT and business leaders to align infrastructure initiatives with company objectives.\nVendor Management: Manage relationships with hardware, software, and service vendors.\nInfrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the server infrastructure and services. \nInfrastructure Performance: Ensure high availability and performance of all infrastructure compute and services. \nDisaster Recovery: Oversee the development of disaster recovery architecture and plans in relation to infrastructure compute and services.\nDatacenter Operations: Lead operation of datacenters to ensure optimal performance. Help to manage capacity planning and resource allocation to support business growth and continuity.

What you need:

\n\n5+ years’ experience managing an infrastructure team in a corporate environment.\nExperience with VMware and Dell Technologies.\nBachelor’s degree in technology-related field, or equivalent work experience\nExcellent leadership skills, with an acute ability to communicate and influence at all levels, ranging from entry-level engineers to company executives.\nPassion to prioritize tasks and deliver cutting-edge solutions within deadlines with measurable results.
