This is a contingent position based upon contract award. KBR is seeking an Information Technology Policy Subject Matter Expert to join our team in the Northern Virginia area. This is a hire for a full-time client facing position supporting a government agency. Candidate must have current TS/SCI with poly. The IT Policy SME will serve as an advisor to senior government leaders on intelligence community IT policies. Job Duties: + Serve as subject matter expert on IC IT policy and ensure compliance with federal and IC policies and instructions + Research relevant governance and draft new policy recommendations in support of client mission + Apply technical expertise to agency and enterprise-level projects, analyze and assess future strategies and policies governing intelligence IT policy + Provide advice, recommendations, and oversight to information technology policies and procedures Minimum Qualifications: + A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a Polygraph + Twelve (12) or more years of experience with federal or IC IT policy + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or STEM related field + Experience drafting, reviewing, and editing IT documents, policies, and procedures + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences and stakeholders + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders Desired Qualifications: + Experience briefing information to senior decision-makers and leaders + PMP certification Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with Polygraph Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
