This role involves managing the overall technology portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering programs on time and within budget. Additionally, this role is responsible for establishing and enforcing IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across the organization. **Essential Duties:** + Program Oversight: Oversee all strategic technology related programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. + Portfolio Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the IT program portfolio, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and objectives. + Resource Allocation: Assist with the allocation of resources effectively across various programs, ensuring optimal use of personnel, budget, and technology. + Governance and Compliance: Provide governance and oversight to ensure programs adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements. + Risk Management: Proactively identify risks across the project portfolio and implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines and objectives. + Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives. Provide regular portfolio updates, status reports, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project milestones and outcomes. + Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of the IT portfolio, using metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement. + Lead a team of highly talented and motivated engineers carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:** + To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a possibility and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator. _The foregoing description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and efforts or work conditions associated with the job. It is intended to be an accurate reflection of the general nature and level of the job._ **Qualifications** **Requirements - Required and/or Preferred** **Education:** + Basic/Required: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business + Preferred: Master’s Degree in IT or related technical discipline or MBA + Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Scrum Master. **Essential Qualifications:** + Proven experience in IT program management and a track record of managing large-scale and complex IT portfolios. + Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and software tools (e.g. ServiceNow SPM, Atlassian Jira, and SharePoint repositories). + Strong organizational and planning skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work effectively with senior staff and teams. + Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and PMI (Project Management Institute) methodologies. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously. **Preferred Certification(s):** + ITIL Foundations + CompTIA A **Physical Demands:** + Candidate must be able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time.
