This role involves managing the overall technology portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering programs on time and within budget. Additionally, this role is responsible for establishing and enforcing IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across the organization. **Essential Duties:** + Program Oversight: Oversee all strategic technology related programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. + Portfolio Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the IT program portfolio, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and objectives. + Resource Allocation: Assist with the allocation of resources effectively across various programs, ensuring optimal use of personnel, budget, and technology. + Governance and Compliance: Provide governance and oversight to ensure programs adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements. + Risk Management: Proactively identify risks across the project portfolio and implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines and objectives. + Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
