Essential Job Functions
Migrate existing project and financial data from current state PPM tool to new PPM tool, specifically all agreed-upon project intake data, financial data, and any historical projects that are relevant to maintaining the 2024 baselineWork closely with the Portfolio Team, Project Managers, Finance Team and other stakeholders to confirm accuracy of data migrationSupport Project Manager in coordinating meetings and logistics related to the PPM projectSupport Project Manager in collecting updates from Workstream Leads for maintaining the ongoing status update of the projectTake notes for the record and capture action items in meetings, as well as decisions takenReport on project wins, blockers, and other announcements in meetingsKey Attributes
Analytical and organization skills with attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with data management and governance practicesSome financial literacy and comfortable with numbers & formulas in spreadsheetsDeveloping communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAnticipates issues, what needs to be done, and takes initiative to resolve themAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical skills and an ability to listen to what is and isn't being saidProactive & self-motivated, with a willingness to learn & take on new challengesEducation
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management or a related fieldThe pay range for this role is $25/hr.
