Involves carrying the induction stages to deployment of each project planned assigned, conduct technical reviews collaborating with multiple teams from technology, development, architecture, product and business, kick start the project and conduct design reviews, planning the releases and communicating to stakeholders, working with the managerial and QA group to plan cycles, setup troubleshooting sessions as needed and guide the team through issues, understand the technicalities of projects

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

Interacting with clients to discuss business requirements, setup meeting and gather the business needs to develop IT solutions by interacting with Development Organizing meetings to discuss design and technical solutions with Business, Product, architecture and development teams Preparing software requirements specsproject plans
