15+ years experience in Project Management with 10+ years experience in managing SAP projects. Proven track record of IT delivery across numerous large projects Two to Three end to end implementation project experience is must  Strong SAP Knowledge Co-ordination of activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations and time zones Proven practical application of SDLC and experience of the whole project lifecycle Strong understanding of stakeholder management, within the business and IT Strong risk management skills Excellent communication skills Experience with multiple project lifecycle implementations and demonstrated knowledge of best practices for custom developed software implementations at large global, multi-national companies. Proven experience of managing development of enterprise application using Agile methodology. Experience in using Project Lifecycle Management tools Strong Negotiation Skills Successful prior demonstration of productive business partner and supplier interactions and relationships. Ability to work in a team environment, analyze issues and synthesize feedback from all levels within the business and technical environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex technical environment. Ability to quickly adapt to changes related to timelines. Ability and interest in learning new technologies quickly. Facilitate meetings to drive out tasks, dependencies, risks, and mitigations from business and IT stakeholders Excellent relationship management skills demonstrating mature confidence and integrity; Proven track record building and maintaining productive customer relationships. Good understanding of SAP implementation process and methodology  Extensive experience of data management and migration activities in an SAP environment Strong experience in the design and implementation of SAP's ETL solutions such as SAP Data Services and SAP LSMW, and additionally integration technologies such as IDOCs and BAPIs. Working with process team leads and data migration developers Hands on experience with Data Cleansing, Data Governance Legacy Data experience and 3rd Party tools Interfacing experience Experience in data analysis and reconciliation and able to prove correctness and completeness of migration tasks. Experience with cutover planning and preparation of data migration runbooks.

Job Responsibilities:

IT PM is responsible for end-to-end delivery of a project i.e. taking project from its Initiation till closure Keeping track of budget and schedule for the project lifecycle Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders and mitigating those Identifying crisis situations during project lifecycle and handling it. Own the project issues and ensure its resolution by engaging appropriate teams Create Project Plan (experience in using MPP is preferred)  Manage and take accountability for various project deliverables Participating in review over key project documents like various deliverable templates (FS, TS, Config Specs etc), Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test strategy, Test Plan, cut over plan, hyper-care plan. Manage stakeholders (both internal and client based) Timely status reporting over project and escalations, as required.  Present weekly status reports to the client Participate in Change control board meetings and manage all changes over projects via the CAB. Play role in project and resource prioritization along with IT and Business stakeholders Take responsibility of staffing, delivery management and people management Prepare Lessons Learnt document
