Over 10 Years of Experience.  4+ years of Relevant Experience as Cutover / Test Manager especially of large global implementation SAP Projects Ability to prepare detailed Test Plan, map it to the user requirements (maintain traceability) and track the test execution & defect resolution Ability to perform status reporting of Testing and Defect resolution. Ability to Plan, prepare and execute the Cutover Plan. Must be able to coordinate activities of a wide team of SAP functional experts, SAP technical experts and Business Analysts. Natural ability to coordinate and facilitate diverse teams of different skill sets, backgrounds, cultures and languages. Good understanding of key SAP functional process streams as well as Project Management skills Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings/workshops with business representatives, management and executive, team member resources, and external 3rd party groups
