15 + years of experience MDM Functional Knowledge - Informatica MDM preferred. Atleast 5+yrs of exp in MDM Domain At least 3+ yrs experience in managing large programs with multiple tracks in global delivery model Ability to manage both Technical and Business stakeholders. Strong consultative and advisory skills Keep pace with the technology and work with Architects and consulting group to bring thought leadership to Client stakeholders. Working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs Evaluating and assessing the programs strengths and weaknesses Monitoring projects and overseeing project leads to ensure goals are met Client communication and strategic oversight Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment. Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques. Excellent written and verbal communications. SCRUM experience Highly motivate and self-driven, fast learner Can work through ambiguity Capital Market Domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
