Position Description

Trek Bicycle is looking for an IT Procurement Analyst – Level II. This person will be detail oriented and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. These communication skills will be foundational in taking on responsibilities curating and managing renewals assigned to you. This person should be able to demonstrate a desire to ensure spend is optimized for the organization. These skills will be foundational to ensure we enter renewals in a position of leverage to ensure ongoing partnership with best-in-class suppliers.

Position Responsibilities:

Utilize software systems including Contract Lifecycle Management, ERP, Work Management, and office applicationsAnalyze data for accuracy and update CLM accordinglyPerform spend analysis and financial modelingBuild and articulate strategies to increase vendor competitionLeverage strategies for vendor evaluation and selectionCollect requirements from stakeholders for contract renewals and net new requisitionsModel TCO and ROIReview current contract estate for financial risk and update records accordinglyNegotiate contracts and renewals > $50K TCVPerform in depth market and cost analysisAssess financial and commercial riskPrepare and present data / findings in a concise readable format

Position Requirements

4+ years of experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain RoleEnsure compliance with Procurement standards and internal processesManage multiple procurement activities simultaneouslyMaintain accurate documentation of procurement and vendor related activitiesCollaborate with stakeholders and departments to align procurement goals to business needsAs needed, provide procurement support and guidance to internal stakeholdersProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of toolsFirm understanding of financial cost analysis principles

Additional Experience Preferred:

Understanding of core IT concepts (SaaS, Software, Infrastructure technology, and Professional Services)CPSM, CPM or related qualificationsUnderstanding of procure-to-pay lifecycle
