The right candidate will be responsible for the procurement of hardware and software. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Responsible for the procurement of hardware in support of company-wide IT requests * Maintain inventory levels necessary to fulfill equipment requests on material shipped from the corporate office to end-users * Responsible for the procurement of software, maintenance of licensing information and inventory of software media * Update inventory system with new product part number and descriptions for issuance of purchase orders * Track order status with vendors and provides status to customers on outstanding requests. Work directly with shipping and receiving on order issues and changes * Issue Purchase Order and Lease Equipment Order requests from other team members and departments * Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company * Assist in processing receipts of open orders and recording of assets into inventory records * Assist as necessary in the processing of IT requests * Ability to work overtime *Education and/or Experience* * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Two to three years related experience/training * Ability to work well within a team * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to balance competing deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines * Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications * Proficiency with MS Office and email * Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
