Responsible for the procurement of hardware in support of company-wide IT requestsMaintain inventory levels necessary to fulfill equipment requests on material shipped from the corporate office to end-usersResponsible for the procurement of software, maintenance of licensing information and inventory of software mediaUpdate inventory system with new product part number and descriptions for issuance of purchase ordersTrack order status with vendors and provides status to customers on outstanding requests. Work directly with shipping and receiving on order issues and changesIssue Purchase Order and Lease Equipment Order requests from other team members and departmentsAssist in processing receipts of open orders and recording of assets into inventory recordsAssist as necessary in the processing of IT requestsConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtime
