We want to find an innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented IT Product Manager to drive the development and release of innovative products, features and services to answer our most pressing business needs for our IT& Digital organization. This position can be located in Waltham, MA, Brooklyn, NY, Albany, NY, or Syracuse, NY (candidates may also reside in either Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Maine). What you'll do
As an IT Product Manager, you'll lead squads and own the product backlog to deliver the roadmap. You'll inspire the squads to achieve the product vision by effectively communicating the product roadmap and strategy. You'll work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the roadmap, making technical and design trade-offs to strike the right balance between speed, quality, and outcome delivery. You'll promote agile working practices and partner with the engineering and design teams to ensure the product vision is achievable and takes a genuine design thinking approach. You'll also bring the customer voice to the conversation and ensure the delivery of value to our customers. Key responsibilities include the following:
Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys knowing how that informs the roadmap Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends Develop fully constructed and well-defined feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing Monitor and report on product OKRs Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans Assist in the development of materials to communicate progress to executives
About you
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of product management experience Experience of delivering a full feature or product through close collaboration with Design and Engineering A good understanding of agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycle A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love Excellent communication (written and verbal) as well as storytelling skills The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving More Information

Dowstate NY $155,000 - $182,000 a year
Massachusetts $145,000 - $170,000 a year
Upstate NY $128,000 - $151,000 a year
Salary is commensurate with experience and location
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
