IT Product Manager I

Job Summary:

The IT Product Manager I will provide support to the IT Oracle business systems within the organization.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for process design, system configuration, testing, development specification and end user training Participate in the design of a high-quality application architecture that meets organization’s business requirements Prepare technical documents, action plans and design specifications and other solution documents as needed Develop, train, and support an effective user and super-user community Analyze complex work processes for improvement opportunities Anticipate key business issues, and implement comprehensive recommendations and solutions Build relationships with key users and owners across the organization to facilitate buy-in and move initiatives successfully forward Collaborate with business and colleagues to design solutions and interfaces that align with business initiatives Interface with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status Provide support for project planning, implementation and training for new applications and upgrades Be available for occasional weekend and off hours on call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities Any other task assigned by supervisor or management

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years Oracle EBS Release 11i or 12 in experience in an application support or consulting role; Full cycle Oracle EBS implementation or major upgrade experience Knowledge: Knowledge of software maintenance lifecycles Strong knowledge of Oracle and other enterprise class applications Strong understanding of IT business systems and needs  Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Systems Development Life Cycle; Expert ability to setup and integrate points of multiple Oracle e-Business suite modules Strong track record of meeting business development targets and developing thought leadership materials Proven leadership ability, including demonstrated ability to consult with functional leaders and other IT product analysts and administrators. Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas: IT Strategic Planning, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Governance Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Demonstrated time management skills Strong customer service skills Education/Certification: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing and/or multi-site organization

Top Benefits:

Salary range: $147,243.20 to 177,985.60. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
