This role involves working closely with product leaders and suppliers to enhance our customer experiences through self-service technologies. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ **Responsibilities:** **Experience Requirements:** + Strong Product Management experience that has strong IT integration experience + Expertise developing and managing features & user stories using Jira + Local to Atlanta, GA and can work Hybrid schedule + Strong experience with Jira + Strong agile experience to drive product development & delivery + Bachelors Degree + Self-Services or Kisok experience + Experience working with leadership to determine and implement product vision & strategy + Experience working and supporting project manager in tracking progress & deadlines + Customer service oriented, and strong communication & interpersonal skills _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
