Your tasks and responsibilities:

You own the end-to-end development toolchain based on Azure DevOps and use the automation potential to increase productivity and promote innovation.You are responsible for collecting, clarifying, and evaluating the requirements of various stakeholders for our IT tools and digital workflows.You are responsible for the automation of business processes utilizing Healthineers standard IT tools such as: MS Power Platform, Service Now, etc.Together with your stakeholders, you will shape the governance to digitalize business processes on applications.You act as interface to central business functions ensure that internal demands and technological trends are identified and considered. 

 

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

Education:Preferably, you hold a university degree in information technology, computer science or a comparable field.

Technical Skills:

You have profound experience in the IT environment with software-as-a-service solutions based on ServiceNow to engage in technical discussions at eye level.You have profound experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Service Now and MS Power Platform and can translate process enhancements in tool workflows and reports.You are familiar with ITIL service management as well as agile approach (e.g. SCRUM and SAFe methods) and can ideally prove this with corresponding certifications.You have experience in implementing digital processes in a certified environment (e.g ISO 13485 and ISO 27001)Non-Technical Skills:You possess a diverse toolbox to analyze interdependencies and develop solutions together with an international team.You always keep the long-term goals in mind when developing solutions, weigh options comprehensively against each other, and lead them to a sustainable decision for our customers and the company.You have excellent social skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness to develop and implement decisions across all professional disciplines and various hierarchical levels.You can demonstrate your communication strength in English with business fluency. German language is welcome.Your digital competencies in research, analysis, and preparation of data and information support you in efficiently identifying and solving challenges.We own it: You are passionately committed to the success of Siemens Healthineers.
