About this RoleAt Brink Constructors, Inc. the IT Professional II provides exceptional customer service to end users. This position will use troubleshooting techniques for various computer and software related issues. This position will occasionally require travel and setup of new remote offices as needed. You will also assist in maintaining and repairing our 2-way radios. The IT Professional II will communicate issues and solutions to the Senior IT Manager and provide timely assistance to all employees.
What You'll Do Maintain and troubleshoot vSphere HA ClusterDeploy, maintain, troubleshoot SAN/NAS equipmentMaintain and troubleshoot Windows ServerDeploy and maintain Print Servers and mapping printer using GPO targetingMaintain multi-scope DHCP and DNS serversMaintain multiple SQL Servers and Instances, ability to develop reports for SSRS or ad-hoc custom queries for reportsResearch, design and deploy applications for various business needs and growthDeploy, maintain, troubleshoot networking hardware/software (Cisco and Meraki)Strong knowledge in VLSM, Inter-VLAN Routing, and Network Segmentation practicesActively maintain, develop, and troubleshoot multiple company websitesMonitor and maintain nightly backups using Veeam, be able to deploy backups in event of system failureMaintain and troubleshoot various server applications including: Sage 300 CRE, Sage Paperless, Fuelmaster, HH2, Collective Data, McCormick Systems Win 4000, WiseNet NVR, Verkada, HCSS Suite and AccessIT!Ability to install, maintain and diagnose door access control system and surveillance camerasProvide end-user support for pc and mobile devices (In-person, remote support session, Teams call, etc.)Perform mobile device upgrade or laptop upgradeImage new or refreshed workstations using SCCMAssist with new employee creation process and onboardingProficient with Microsoft Office suite and able to troubleshootProficient with Microsoft Windows 10 and able to troubleshootProvide training to field employees and office employees for new software rolloutProvide troubleshooting and support for software related issuesSetup jobsite remote office: Including networking, printer, and cell boostersMaintain and aid with jobsite tabletsAssist the IT Team with department and company projects as neededWork with IT Manager on escalated user support or system issuesProvide support to all jobs, office, and shop radio communications needsTravel to jobsite for radio programming of handheld, vehicles, or box radiosPerform repairs or facilitate replacement of handheld, vehicles, or box radiosBuild “special order” box radios utilized by wire crewsCoordinate with Senior Project Manager/Superintendents to ensure right equipment is available to the jobs to provide consistent communicationsPoint of contact for radio ordering, programming, testing, and shipping to jobs (Work with tooling department for job requests for new radios and ensuring standards are met)Various other duties as needed What You'll BringREQUIRED

Need to be available for full time hours, which can vary from day to day. Average hours will range from 40-50 hours per week. Possible early starting 4:00AM - 5:00AM, with ending time varying daily.PRE-SCREEN: Upon offer, employees will be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and MVR check.
What You'll GetThis is a salary/exempt position. Pay range is $79,000 - $104,000 depending on experience.
