At least 5 years of experience in understanding healthcare Insurance business domain. Requirement Gathering, Design, Solution, Business discussion. Documentation of business requirements and translation into functional specifications. Creating Business Requirement Documents BRDs, Functional Requirement Documents FRDs, Process flows, Activity Diagrams, Use Cases, and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria. Converting high-level requirements into clear and concise User stories.
