Detailed Job Description:

Establish and maintain relationship with Voya CISO/CISO directs Understand Voya IT & security current state, drivers & expectations, stakeholders, constraints, program risks & opportunities. Establish and get Voya buy in on program vision, goals/ objectives, key success criteria, roadmap and budget. Drive program strategy, direction and execution Estabish and maintain program governance, program management plan and ensure Confidential has seat on the table in Confidential Security Governance and decision making. Effectively communicate and gain Voya acknowledgement on Infosys value adds, successes; Assess, identify, communicate and work on areas of improvement Be the Confidential CISO in the Voya account Own program financials and ensure financial viability of the program
