Detailed Job Description:

Scope - Oversight & active management of all test activities & phases Making sure POs/BAs/SMEs/testers have written & uploaded test scripts in JIRA for all test activities (in-sprint UAT, joint UAT with Vanguard, joint end to end testing with Vanguard) in alignment with project timelines Tracking and reporting on test execution progress, for all test phases/activities Managing regular defect calls (as/where necessary) for all test phases/activities Be the primary point of contact for all test related questions and meetings Face off with the client’s test team/test point of contact Work with scrum master & release manager to create test plans and timelines Arrange meetings and chase for updates from POs/BAs/SMEs around test data creation & maintenance (e.g. hold meetings with new business team and asset servicing to ensure iterative asset setup requests are completed in line with need for test activities) Facilitate & document test environment planning Arrange meetings and chase for updates from IT teams and POs/BAs/SMEs for test environment setup, maintenance, etc. Our ideal test manager will have experience with agile development practices, using/navigating JIRA, and Zephyr Our ideal test manager would be comfortable taking on a leadership role within the project (including serving as the client’s POC for test planning & execution updates) We have the following coming up with Vanguard for the joint testing effort (also known as Neighborhood Testing) Capability Readiness JSIT Dates (Joint SIT) Test Approach and Timeline Regular Meeting Cadence
