If you’re a Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The IT Program Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The IT Program Manager is responsible to direct the project team to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing
Be a leader of IT projects / programs of large size, global reach and critical importance, including a multi-year ERP transformation, to ensure they are completed on time and of high qualityWork with various stakeholders across our global organization to align project goals and objectives with the company’s overall strategyCommunicate regularly and effectively across the organization, including up to the executive levelManage external partners and suppliers to ensure alignment with the organization’s interestsSupport Organizational Change Management activities that are critical to program successWhat We Are Looking For
US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required - preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field2-5+ years in program management experience5+ years experience in specific functional area (IT, Manufacturing, etc.)US – Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Business Administration or international equivalent preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required, or plan to achieve within 1 yearCertified Change Practitioner, or equivalent, certification required, or plan to achieve within 1 yearApplication window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.
