The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within the organization to ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities will include: Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage program plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle. Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to track program performance. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status, issues, and achievements. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success. Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications:
Strong leadership and team management skills. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or Information Technology.
