IT Program Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. 15+ years of experience leading large IT projects (100+ people) across various domains at an enterprise level, meeting schedule, budget, and quality objectives while managing risk. Experience leading IT projects within the National Security market with priority towards Homeland Security and the Department of Justice. Experience managing teams using Agile methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean IT, etc.). Proven track record of IT modernization using cloud technologies, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), automation, advanced analytics/dashboards, and advanced cybersecurity tools and practices. Experience with different federal contract types such as FFP, Cost Reimbursable, T&M, and Performance-Based, both contractually and financially (tracking actual costs, EACs, and forecasting). This includes developing and presenting standard and ad hoc reports and briefings for the customer. Experience in managing subcontractors from multiple companies. Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, requiring flexibility and excellent customer service skills. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Ability to work well independently or in a team setting. Possession of Agile-related certifications.
