At Houston Methodist, the IT Program Manager position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating inter-related projects to ensure goals and objectives of the program are accomplished within prescribed time frame, funding parameters and requirements. This may include enterprise wide projects. Organizes and prioritizes the inter-related projects to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals working closely with IT Project Management Leadership and stakeholders across the organization including Sr. and Executive Leadership. Coordinates and manages program resources availability and allocation.
This role will be focused on driving and leveraging Real Time Location Services (RTLS) initiatives within the organization. The IT Program Manager will be at the forefront of identifying and implementing strategic solutions that provide significant operational and clinical benefits, all while partnering with cross-functional teams and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects.
