About the team:
The IT Project and Portfolio Management department (FIBP).
Your Tasks:
• Consulting and Coaching of Project Portfolio Managers, IT Demand Managers and line managers from IT and business in managing their project portfolios. Also, manage and coordinate IT internal portfolio & improve IT portfolio quality.
• Developing and maintaining standard project and project portfolio management guidelines, processes, methods and tools for international application and be responsible for the corresponding governance.
• Developing and implementing methods and processes to professionalize and digitize project and project portfolio work. Coordination and launch of projects of any size and complexity. In this context, one of your tasks will be to plan.
• To establish our governance standards, tools, methods and processes it is important to enable all stakeholders accordingly. Methodically moderate workshops for projects and project portfolios of any complexity
• Potentially, you will represent IT in interdisciplinary committees and communities for the further development and establishment of group-wide project and project portfolio management guidelines, methods, tools etc.
Your Profile:
• Successfully completed studies and min. 5 years of professional experience in above mentioned fields. 12+years of experience in managing challenging projects and in Project Portfolio Management
• Distinct ability to structure complex correlations. Very good analytical skills, high abstraction ability and quick comprehension skills.
• Very high competence in result-oriented and independent work. Innovative thinking and acting as well as openness for new methods and technologies
• Very strong communication skills with competent appearance and customer orientation.
• Regarding tools, we require Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams skills. Nice to have skills: Microsoft Power BI, SAP, e.g. SAP PPM, SAP Analytics Cloud.
