IT Project Coordinator (Hybrid)
IT Project Coordinator \(Hybrid\)\. This is a hybrid role\. The first three months arefulltimein the office\. **Our Team** The IT Project Coordinatoris responsible forthe oversight and overall success of Information Technolo gy and related Business projects\.  IT Project Coordinators manage the budgetary, scheduling and delivery of assigned initiatives in compliance with the standards and procedures of the Project Management Office\.   Theyidentifytheappropriate resources, assemble the project team by brokering internal and external resources, and assign the responsibilities to fulfill the project requirements andobjectives\.  They develop the workflow plans to navigate the project from request through systems analysis, technical design, construction, procurement, testing, turnover to production and client migration\.   They plan, prepare and issue project schedules and budgets to assure controlled completion of each project step\.  They develop and report project status and analyze progressrelativeto project milestones\. Theymaintainforecasts toassurethat schedule compliance and desired results are achieved\.  IT Project Coordinatorsutilizeproject management methodologies and practices such as task and quality management, project estimation,manpowerand budget planning, modeling techniques and attendant tools and provide project management leadership for the successful delivery of projects\.
