Job DescriptionThis role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, leverage your technical expertise, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional IT solutions.
Some Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business, systems, and technical analysis to identify challenges and propose solutions.Lead and execute small IT infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business needs.Design, document, configure, test, and implement on-premise and cloud infrastructure changes.Ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and security requirementsWork closely with other IT teams (network, security, applications, etc.) locally and internationally to align project goals, infrastructure requirements and business needsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical diagrams, configuration and as-built documents, knowledge articles and procedural guides.Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure.Work closely with project managers, leadership, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes.QualificationsQualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Azure Virtual Desktop Administrator, MS365 Teams / Entra / Identity Administration.Project management foundational certificate or equivalent experienceExperience and Skills:
5-10 years of proven experience in IT engineering, focusing on project execution and delivery, business/technical analysis, and stakeholder engagement.Hands-on experience with ITIL framework and IT Service Management principles.Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk assessment, and change management skills.Background in IT consulting or professional services will be highly regarded.Experience coordinating technical IT site teams and vendors across local and international locations.Demonstrated expertise in vendor and stakeholder management, including working with senior management.Excellent technical writing and documentation abilities.Technical Expertise:
