The Wholesale Lending **IT Project Group Manager** will be responsible for leading a team delivering a portfolio of projects within the Information Services Group (ISG/Wholesale Lending Tech) and Lending Data teams to drive One Citi Data initiatives. These projects support the Wholesale Lending and Credit Risk service models with the focus on loans portfolio that fully supports, satisfies, and anticipates the data quality and reporting needs of the business and regulators. The position will be responsible to develop and define roadmaps, as well as plan and execute functional strategies for complex front to back solutions requiring coordination across multiple functions and integration between systems in a sustainable, controlled manner. The manager will lead a team to conduct data analysis, produce recommendations and provide input into strategic decisions affecting the various functions within a region or business. Responsible for establishing and maintaining road maps / project plans and then drive deliverable execution by collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business and technology. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for all aspects of technology implementation and delivery of major/multiple/highly complex cross-functional Data projects. + Manages a team of project managers and data analysts to deliver large, transformative initiatives that impact multiple LOBs and/or products. + Provides strategic direction and establishes execution practices for his/her area and the projects managed. + Defines key outcomes for the projects and ensures clear communication and agreement with relevant stakeholders + Responsible for resources, budget management and planning; accountable for the end results of team’s delivery. + Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. + Applies in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within Data project management and data analysis as well as understanding of technology infrastructure and standards to resolve issues across technology teams and business areas, end to end. + Ensures essential procedures are established and followed; contributes to defining standards. + Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of how Data project leadership integrates within the overall technology function to achieve objectives + Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual evidence in complicated, unique and dynamic situations; draws on diverse range of internal and external sources. + Influences and negotiates with senior leaders across business and technology. + Drives continuous process improvement across Lending Data areas + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of experience leading teams and executing enterprise level projects in Data or Business Analytics, Banking Consultancy, major Data Driven technology implementations or similar complex initiatives + Extensive experience working with financial data and technology, understanding of data governance enablement and /or data modeling tools + Extensive hands-on experience in an analytics or development role utilizing relational databases with SQL. + Solid understanding of financial industry and instruments, especially those related to loans. + Sound understanding of credit risk management, financial & regulatory reporting. + Experience leading IT and development teams + Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Visio, PowerPoint + Knowledge of Tableau and Python is a plus **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other similar degrees + Master’s degree is a plus This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
