Ensure seamless implementation of changes and system releases through strong release planning, change coordination, system and user acceptance testing, release and deployment management in order to assert that a product or service is robust and capable of being released into the live environment without causing a disruption to service.

Detailed Job Description:

Excellent communication(both verbal and written) Experience in Change and release management principles ITIL V3 Foundation knowledge, Certification is a plus. Knowledge of Office Suite/SharePoint Vendor Governance Know-how of business intelligence tools Power BI/ Tableau DevOps/Agile methodologies Knowledge of deployment processes ( Promote, deploy, rollback, password rotations, certificate renewal, infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery events etc.) Experience in monitoring tools like Splunk and other tools Knowledge of cloud basics is a plus. Basic knowledge on any of java .net, SQL, Oracle , DB2, MF CICS, Batch processing, analytical tools

Minimum years of IT experience required: 5 years
