WHO YOU ARE:
As an IT Intern, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are great at multitasking, communicating, you are driven and are result oriented.
As IT Intern, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Support:
Assist with day-to-day operations by being the first line support for cross functional teams for various systems such as: E-commerce, Customer Service, Stores and Warehouse. Troubleshoot problems reported by users and escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors if necessary. Document tasks for internal development team. Support the IT Senior Program Manager on various tasks such as: Support Project communications. Prepare training guides for various projects. Coordinate tasks with internal development team.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Schooling or working experience in the same role or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively. Understand project methodology. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Fluent in French and English (spoken and written);GROW WITH US!
