Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Project/Program Analyst will take raw content from Engineers and use it to create and author compliant process documentation like reports, software development plans etc. In addition to this a Project/Program Analyst will be the scrum master and run the sprint cycles. This role is not a tech writer, the documentation created by Doc Engineer will not go to the end user. It has to be compliant with applicable regulations and processes. 

-       Work with Engineering to write technical documentation
-       Work with other teams to control the flow of document in Agile
-       Be a scrum master and drive agile development
-       Work with Technical Product Management team to understand requirements
-       Help in managing product backlog and driving point sizing
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
-       Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
-       Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
-       Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
-       Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
-       Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
-       Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements 
-       BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 2+ years of experience in project/program management.

•            Experience developing automated test tools for commercial software products
•            Strong Documentation background
•            Writing skills
•            Focus on quality and timely execution of work
•            Proficient in MS Word/ Excel
•            Certified Scrum Master
•            Prior experience working in regulated industry (i.e. Medical Devices, aerospace etc.)
