Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard is on the lookout for a IT Project Manager with experience interacting with customers, knowledge of technology, who can empathize with the trials and tribulations of being a developer. As the project manager, you are the bridge between our development team and our account team, walking the tightrope between customer satisfaction and developer ability. The role requires someone who can ensure the proper technical scoping of development tasks and then handle prioritization of any feedback or necessary changes for subsequent development cycles. You’ll serve as the technical scoping expert, guiding our internal strategy team and, ultimately, client satisfaction through their implementation of Dynamic Yield development projects.

Our IT Project Manager must have a strong penchant for technical aptitude along with personality strengths in self-starting and being a proactive instigator. A proven track record of managing development projects end-to-end including requirements gathering, scoping document creation, design review, sprint planning, QA and UAT is a must.

The Task-at-Hand:
•\tBecome an expert in the Dynamic Yield development process.
•\tGather all necessary information and technical requirements including design specifications and formulate a clear and concise Statement of Work (SOW) document.
•\tCommunicate directly with the internal development team on prioritizations for sprint planning.
•\tWork closely with Quality Assurance to ensure thorough testing.
•\tPartner with the Account Management team and Development teams to ensure constant communication and understanding of capacity, priority and current progress of ongoing projects.
•\tIdeate and implement new processes to increase efficiency of internal development workflow.
•\tWrite documentation, knowledge-based articles, and tutorials to improve the internal understanding of processes.

Optimal Skills for Success:
•\t1+ years of technical client-facing experience with specific focus in digital marketing solutions (mobile, web analytics, optimization, email); combined with SaaS product environment
•\tExperience with managing development projects at a complex organization
•\tFamiliarity with e-commerce specific terms and configuration is preferred
•\tComfortable with iOS and Android mobile platforms and their development tools
•\tAble to read and understand code (especially JavaScript, HTML, CSS, - a must)
•\tBS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
•\tExcellent time management and strong organization skills
•\tAbility to maintain poise under stress, especially when resolving issues
•\tDemonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment
•\tStrong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English
•\tMust thrive at working in a fast-paced environment
•\tAbility to work in a team environment while working independently
