Along with SCRUM /Agile wok experience he/she should have about 15 years exp in scrum /agile program management. person has to Maintained all change management procedures for technical department and ensured system compliance to Sarbanes - Oxley regulations through regular auditing. Maintained RFP proposal generation engine for the organization, bidding and winning projects. Enforced continuous improvement via goal setting, project retrospectives, internal administration changes and process improvement standard definition. Should be able to Led Quality Assurance effort for train repositioning project and setup Traceability Matrix to align Requirements with Test Cases.

Minimum years of experience: 5+
